I am definitely not having enough sleep.
Each night the whole process just replay.

Its best when my body feel tired and i can get to sleep the moment I am on my bed.

I seen

I need to break from this habit.

Lab tomorrow. Dread lab.
Most dreaded day of the week: Thursday.
